1. License for Electric Facility Construction

Electric Construction Engineer license is required when we execute construction by ourselves as a craftsperson.
Further, national license is required for construction management throughout engineering to construction when executing a subcontract over a specified amount. As the result of Company’s proactive approaches to these national licenses, today every employee is certified for 1st class Qualified Certified Electrician and nearly majority are certified for 1st class Electrical Construction Management Engineer as well. Company provides who have successfully awarded with monetary compensation to support challenging these licenses.

2. Average age of employee is 40s

Workers for construction are aging these years in Japan, and in our Company as well, as the result of 60s employees gradually retired, today majority of employees are younger generations. Age of employees others than desk jobs is as follows: Compared to aging in construction business field these years in Japan, average age of our Company is 45. We value harmony through communication for good work even we have diversity of age.

3. One-half of employees are from Kagoshima Prefecture

This is largely related to the fact our founder is from Kagoshima. Because Company had mainly recruited from Kagoshima for persons just graduated from high school, hired many graduates as our employees. Today Company also recruits mid-careers as well, thus natives of Osaka are increased. Our recruiting experience so far are as follows:
Kagoshima Prefecture: Prefectural Kanoya Industrial High School, Prefectural Tanegashima High School, Prefectural Kushira Commercial High School
Osaka Prefecture: Prefectural Fujiidera Industrial High School
